The portal provides patients with insight into their account & treatment.

The Patient Portal allows patients to see their patient balance at any given time. It also allows the providers to send measures, scales, and quizzes to our patients confidentially and discreetly. Our office may require you participate with"Patient Portal" for treatment communication purposes between provider and patient.
To sign up for the patient portal we just need to have a valid email associated with your patient account.
If you are not already participating with our Patient Portal and are interested, please contact the front desk!

Catching up with the recent changes in mental health, CPS will finally be able to offer online video/audio sessions.

To participate make sure you have your patient portal established. A notice will be sent out once this appointment option is available.
LOCKED OUT?
If you are locked out of your patient portal account please contact the front desk. Within 48 hours of notifying the office you will receive an email to reset your account.
The reset link is only active for 72 hours. Please reset your password as soon as you get the email.
